My mother-in-law had passed away. She had a Nationwide policy on two automobiles. The autos as well as the insurance was in her name only. Since my brother-in-law had to continue using the autos for work we had to have everything moved over to my wife per my mother-in-law’s will. Paula took charge and had the insurance transferred with no issues. Great job, Paula!
